Meet today’s guest: Lisa Yeager
Lisa believes that no one size fits all. She investigates, listens, and draws from over 15 years of experience to select the right tools, processes, and players to address the needs of a given situation.
A lifelong learner, she is currently completing a second master’s degree in wildlife Conservation, which augments her volunteer leadership roles for Woodland Park Zoo.
In all of her roles, she seeks to establish the most effective teams, change up ineffective or inefficient processes, and keep people motivated, engaged, and enjoying the journey.
