Everyone wants to jump straight to creativity, and I get it, but if you don’t FIRST understand your audience (your client, if it’s a sales presentation), understand their context, and BUILD RAPPORT, you are dead in the water!

YES, we need creative presentations in order to stand out, but creative presentations will fall flat — or worse, even offend! — if they are aimed at the wrong audience!

Which is why you CANNOT skip over the Connect Phase. And why this is the foundation of my Winning Presenter Process™.
