Meet this week’s guest: Ulises Morena-Sereno

Ulises focuses on generating development of the organization’s human capital so that talent responds appropriately to business needs, serving as a catalyst for change from a wellness approach for individuals.

He has a Doctorate in Mental Health (ISEO), a Master in Psychology (Unitec), and a Bachelor of Dramatic Literature and Theater (UNAM). In 2018, he took on the project “Applied Theater CDMX”.

Since 2009 he has been working at Infonavit in the Human Resources areas where he has coordinated, designed and facilitated training experiences based on drama and story.
